ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION

WHAT IS ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION ?

The Accommodation and Transportation Division is responsible for the services and comfort of participants throughout the duration of the Olympiad. Accomodation and Transportation manages all accommodation, including lodging and ensures the mobility of both participants and organizers.

Registration is open from October 27th to December 13th 2026, or until the registration seats are fully booked. Room Packages : 

Junior High School Accomodation

- A (3 persons/room) IDR 500.000/person

- B (2 persons/room) IDR 570.000/person

  • Both packages provide the same facilities. The only difference is the number of people per room and the package price. The listed price applies per person.
  • Transport services include : pick up service (Please kindly continue your trip to Yogyakarta rail station and our team will pick you up there) and transportation from the hotel to the Faculty of Geography, Universitas Gadjah Mada.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION INFORMATIONS

  • Hotel: Cakra Kembang Hotel, located in the center of Yogyakarta City and close to Universitas Gadjah Mada.
  • Stay: Participants can check in on Sunday, January 17, 2027, after 12.00 PM, and check out on Tuesday, January 19, 2027, before departing for the Faculty of Geography in the morning.

  •  Transportation : Participants must fill in their preferred pick-up time in advance and reconfirm it no later than January 13, 2027. Pick-up outside the confirmed time will follow the latest confirmed schedule.
